- The entrance times to the apartment are at 4:00 PM and departures before 11:00 AM. (Only the schedule will be flexible depending on the availability and agenda of the apartment, which can be consulted on the day of arrival or departure).

- Upon arrival, the building will charge a tourist registration value of 7,000 COP per person, in cash, for the stay in the apartment.
