For security reasons, the credit card provided for the reservation must be under the same name as the reservation holder. The charge will be processed in advance, prior to check-in.

If the cardholder is different from the guest or the reservation holder, we will require a written authorization letter from the card owner, explicitly approving the charge, along with a copyphoto of the cardholder’s passport or official ID.

If none of these conditions are met, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation in accordance with our policies.
